Refurbishment and conversion of a pair of listed buildings in Margate Old Town with a new build section adjoining.

The design was developed to planning approval with the site then being sold on. Detail construction information by others. The buildings were very run-down with a derelict area on the adjoining part. The design was developed to retain as much as possible of the existing buildings and to retain the 1896 Arts and Crafts ambulance station at the further end of the new build. The finished structure has been simplified from our original scheme.
