One of our regular clients asked us to develop a scheme for redevelopment of a tricky brown-field site close to a town centre.

The proposal was made for a development of three apartments with first floor living rooms and terraces. These take advantage of views not available from the ground floor. The scheme we designed had to be particularly sensitive to neighbours.
