The practice was commissioned by the owners of adjoining sites, close to the town centre of Whitstable, to design a development strategy.

The proposals involved the creation of routes and open spaces with largely residential development in an area that will be constrained by a high parking requirement, potential coastal flooding and existing infrastructure.
